The start of a new me.....

I am just me. No more trying to be what they need me to be. I am who I am.....
A Mother ... A wife... A sister and a daughter....thats me... I AM HEATHER!

This is the start of a new me...the real Heather. I cant be what people need from me anymore. I need to Take care of me first....I need to improve my health/fitness not because I think other people would like me better...but because I will like me better...Doing things for me and not because I think it will make others proud...I NEED to make myself proud or I will fail in taking care of my family....I need to find ME!
